What is the LEAD Board?
The Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Board promotes and supports the mission of InPlace to provide innovative learning opportunities that affirm social and environmental justice worldwide. Our goal is to engage with our communities to build relationships, increase the visibility of InPlace, and provide continuous support at home and abroad.
The board advances these objectives by:

InPlace programs are designed to promote global citizenship by giving students opportunities to build relationships with community partners and take action on issues they're passionate about pursuing. LEAD members support InPlace in a variety of ways. They may help students implement social action projects to support social and environmental justice, participate in curriculum development, and provide networking opportunities for students and alumni.

How does LEAD board service work?
